Privacy Policy

Lawn Krew (“we”, “us”) is a family-owned lawn care business operating in Hernando and Pasco counties, Florida. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.

Information you give us

If you fill in the quote form on our contact page, we collect the information you type into it:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The property address you want quoted
• Which services you are interested in and how often
• Any notes you choose to add

We use this only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and provide the service if you go ahead. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form provider, which processes and forwards the submission to our email. Formspree handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you visit, roughly how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We see this as aggregated statistics. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Our host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.

How to opt out of analytics

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. None of this affects your ability to use the site or to request a quote. Most browsers also send a Do Not Track signal, though there is still no agreed industry standard for honoring it.

Phone calls and text messages

When you submit the quote form or call us, you are asking us to get back to you, so we may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing messages, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text or simply saying so on the phone.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information
• We do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf
• We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep normal business records for customers we go on to serve. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. If you would like your information deleted, ask us and we will do it, other than anything we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.

Your choices

Call or text us on 727-326-2276 and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We will not charge you for this and we will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law.

Links to other sites

Our site links to our Facebook page. Once you follow a link off this site, this policy no longer applies and the destination site's own policy takes over.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so information you send through the form is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
